Deni Design Detail is owned by Deni and John Schumann, a mother and son
team. The business was founded in 2008, and they have built it into the Premier Home Staging Company of the Philadelphia Main Line that it is today.

Deni Design Detail is routinely called on to help sell real estate. Over the course of the business history, they have staged over 1,450 homes, ranging in prices from $400k to $8m+. They currently stage on average 90-100 homes per year. Their success is derived from a vastly diverse collection of inventories, allowing them to design excellent stages and deliver them quickly.

Deni has a degree in Retail Management from UCLA. John has a degree in Finance from Temple University. Together they provide a seamless experience for their clientele.
